Exchanges and Returns

We want to ensure you love the watches you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund. Please contact us via email at sales@lavaritimepieces.com prior to your return. Additionally, the shipping costs for the original purchase and for the return will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to not accept a return. We may also require a restocking and/or repair fee if the item(s) being returned have been damage or worn.

While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with Lavari Timepieces is nothing but enriching.
